Russia's energy minister says there is still room for increasing oil production.

      Alexander Novak, Russia's energy minister, said on Wednesday that the country's crude oil output has not yet reached the top and there is still room to increase production.
"We expect this year (oil production) to be about 5.55 billion tons. According to our forecast, we can increase output, and measures to stimulate production are under discussion, "Nowak told reporters on the sidelines of the Russian Energy Week Forum.
