High-end bearing steel has been developed by Xinye Steel's Zhongbar Plant with the technologies of high pressure reduction, computer digital simulation, controlled rolling and controlled cooling. The product has high density, high purity and high fatigue strength. It has successfully obtained the quality certification of the world's top bearings manufacturers, such as SKF, NTN, human-based bearings, and has been widely used at home and abroad. The product grain size can reach 9-8 grades. The box segregation level is less than 1:1.05, which is at the most advanced level in the world and possesses global competitiveness. It breaks the monopoly of Japan's Datong Special Steel and Nippon Iron Sumitomo Steel Works in the high-end automotive field and is recognized by users and widely used by the world's well-known users such as Honda, Toyota and General Motors. At the same time, the implementation of the new project is based on the sustainable development strategy and invests in on-line heat treatment technology. To realize on-line normalization, save a heat treatment process, achieve high-efficiency and low-consumption production, and upgrade the economic growth mode of enterprises from extensive to high-end delicate, play a leading role in demonstrating the local economic transformation, which is conducive to the sustainable, stable and healthy development of the local economy.
